Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bloom School website (bloomschool.tech) or enrolling in any program offered by Bloom Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 45 312 876 091), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or enrol in our courses. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Enrolment and Access

Enrolment in a Bloom School program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may enrol with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian. Upon successful payment of your course fees, you will receive access to your chosen program materials within two business days. Access to course materials is granted for the duration specified in your enrolment confirmation, and we provide lifetime access to materials for fully paid enrolments unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student portal login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or shared your course materials with third parties in breach of our intellectual property provisions.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course content provided by Bloom School, including but not limited to written guides, video tutorials, photographs, diagrams, templates, and downloadable resources, is the intellectual property of Bloom Academy Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

As an enrolled student, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course materials solely for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any course content without our prior written consent. Sharing course materials with others, uploading them to file-sharing platforms, or using them for commercial training purposes constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of your enrolment without refund.

Photographs of floral arrangements that you create and submit for assessment remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Bloom Academy Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use those images for marketing, social media, and educational purposes, unless you notify us in writing that you wish to opt out.

Payment Terms

All prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been expressly agreed upon. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer.

If you have arranged a payment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment, we will attempt to contact you to resolve the matter. If payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to suspend your access to course materials until the overdue amount is settled. Continued non-payment may result in the cancellation of your enrolment.

Bloom Academy Pty Ltd uses a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. For details about how your payment information is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Certificate Award

Upon successful completion of all required coursework and assessments within your enrolled program, you will be awarded a Bloom School Certificate of Completion. To qualify, you must submit all practical assignments and receive a satisfactory assessment from your assigned tutor. Certificates are issued digitally in PDF format and can be downloaded from your student portal. A printed certificate may be requested for an additional fee.

The Bloom School Certificate of Completion is a private credential issued by Bloom Academy Pty Ltd. While it is recognised and valued by employers and industry professionals in the floral design sector, it is not a nationally accredited qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). We make no representations that it is equivalent to a TAFE or university qualification.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Academy Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or participation in our courses. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to your enrolment shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Bloom School provides educational content for general instructional purposes. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, income levels, or business results from completing our programs. Your success depends on many factors beyond our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and individual circumstances.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria. Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to make a genuine attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation or mediation.
